WIT Flanagan Campus Center at Beatty Hall Project Team

The new Flanagan Campus Center at Beatty Hall will be comprised of over 23,000 sq. ft. of renovation work to the ground, first, and second floors with another 9,400 sq. ft of new additions to both the front and rear side of the building.  New mechanical systems will be installed and some existing building utilities and services will need to be rebuilt, re-routed or relocated in order to complete the new construction and renovation.  This project will provide our WIT community with an all new dining hall, bookstore, fitness center, pool room, information center, meeting spaces and conference rooms.
